John G. Kimble, MD
In Memoriam

John Graham Kimble, MD, passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2017. He was born in New Orleans and remained a lifetime resident of Metairie and New Orleans.
Dr. Kimble graduated from William and Mary College and received his Doctor of Medicine from LSU School of Medicine. His training included an internship in General Surgery at Ochsner Foundation Hospital and residency in Otolaryngology at Tulane School of Medicine as well as experience at Charity Hospital, The Eye Ear Nose and Throat Hospital, Ochsner and Tulane Hospitals. He was certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Kimble practiced ENT medicine at New Orleans Sinus Center for 28 years and at West Jefferson Medical Center for 39 years where he had served as Chief of Surgery, Chairman of the Credentials Department, and a member of the Executive Committee of West Jefferson Medical Center.
He had a special interest in medical and surgical treatment of sinus disease, ear surgery, sleep and breathing problems, and the treatment of ENT problems in children, especially tonsil, adenoid and ear tube surgery.
He is sorely missed by all of his colleagues and patients.
